PUSH Push movements strengthen the muscles of th PUSH 
Push movements strengthen the muscles of the anterior chain.
Examples of push movements include: push ups, bench press and overhead press. 
PULL
Pulling movements strengthen the muscles of the posterior chain. 
Examples of pulling movements include: rows, pull ups, lat pull downs. 
HIP HINGE
The hip hinge provides the driving force behind lifting things 
Examples of hip hinge movements include: deadlifts, barbell hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts and kettlebell swings.
SQUAT
The squat can build lower body and core strength. Other benefits include increase flexibility/mobility and reduce your risk for injury as a result of strengthened muscles surrounding joints used in everyday movement.
Examples of squat movements are: bodyweight squats, barbell squats, split squats and overhead squats.
We are living in a era of fancy social media pleasing exercises that are used to get likes but you will never beat the exercises and movements that I would call the staples. 🏋️‍♀️ 🏋🏼‍♂️
